Three parts to every general treatment.
Walk-through and identification
We look before we spray. Which species, where they are harbouring, where they are getting in. We photograph findings and confirm the scope and price with you before opening a product.
Inside: targeted, non-staining
Skirting lines, wet areas, behind appliances, wardrobes and the roof void entry are treated with a non-staining, low-odour residual. Kitchens get gel bait and an insect growth regulator in the voids rather than spray on benches.
Outside: the residual perimeter
Eaves, weep holes, window and door frames, fence lines, garage, patio and sub-floor vents are treated with a residual product. Webs are brushed down first so spiders re-establish on treated surfaces. Retic boxes are checked for redbacks.

Prep checklist.
- Clear benches and put away food, pet bowls, chopping boards and dish racks.
- Pull items back from wet-area skirtings and the kitchen kickboards where you can. We do not move furniture.
- Cover or remove fish tanks and bird cages. Tell us about reptiles and other sensitive pets.
- Strip beds if you have asked for a bedroom treatment. Otherwise bedrooms are skirting-only.
- Unlock side gates, sheds and the garage. Point out retic boxes and any redback sightings.
- Plan to be out of treated rooms until surfaces are dry, around two hours. We confirm the re-entry period before we start.

General pest FAQ.
What pests does a general pest treatment cover?
Cockroaches (German, American and Australian), spiders including redbacks and black house spiders, silverfish and nuisance ants around the home. It does not cover termites, rodents, fleas, bed bugs or wasps, which are separate treatments with their own re-treatment periods. Ant super-colonies get an external ant program on top.
How long do we need to stay out of the house?
Until treated surfaces are dry, usually around two hours for the products we use indoors. We confirm the exact re-entry period for the product before we start. Kids and pets stay out until it has passed.
Do you spray inside every room?
Only where it is needed. Indoors we use non-staining, low-odour products and gel baits, targeted at skirting lines, wet areas, kitchen voids and entry points. We do not fog whole rooms or spray food-preparation surfaces, bedding or toys.
How often should a Perth home be treated?
Once a year suits most northern-suburbs homes, timed for spring before ants and spiders wake up or autumn before cockroaches move indoors. Homes backing onto bush, with heavy garden cover, or with a history of German cockroaches may benefit from six-monthly visits. We tell you which applies, not the other way round.
What is the six-month promise?
If cockroaches, spiders, silverfish or ants named on your invoice are still active inside the treated areas within six months of the treatment, we return and re-treat at no charge. Full conditions on the re-treatment promise page.
What does general pest control cost in Perth?
A typical three-bedroom home, internal and external, runs $250–$350 GST inclusive. Larger homes, two storeys, heavy infestations or add-ons such as rodent stations are itemised on the quote.
Will one treatment fix a German cockroach problem?
Not always. German cockroaches breed fast and live inside voids. A general treatment includes gel and an insect growth regulator in the kitchen, and that is often enough for a light problem. For an established infestation we recommend the dedicated kitchen program with a follow-up visit.
